2. What We Collect

• Account Info: Your name and email address when you sign up.
• Payment Info: Processed securely by our third-party payment providers (Teachable / Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.
• Usage Info: Pages visited and basic analytics through Meta Pixel and Lucky Orange.
• Session Info: When you join a Zoom meditation session, Zoom may collect connection data per their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use It

To deliver your sessions, send schedule reminders, process payments, improve the site, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your data.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use Meta Pixel and Lucky Orange for analytics and ad measurement. You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at mees@thezencenter.co.

6. Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle refunds, customer support, and accounting obligations.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from The Zen Center (for example, by submitting a Meta / Facebook Instant Form and checking the consent box agreeing to receive SMS from us), you consent to receive recurring transactional and promotional text messages from The Zen Center, at the mobile number you provided.

Mobile Information Sharing Compliance (Airtight Carrier Clause): Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties.

How You Opt In: You opt in by submitting a Meta Instant Form (on Facebook or Instagram) and actively checking a consent box agreeing to receive SMS messages from The Zen Center. We retain a digital record of your consent, including a timestamp and the specific form used.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typical messages include class reminders, session schedule updates, onboarding follow-ups, and occasional platform promotions.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from us. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through one of our forms.
